SWAMP FUNDRAISER SCREENING: ANDERSON FAIR

Sarah Gish is celebrating the 10th anniversary of her company Gish Creative (gishcreative.com) by sponsoring a special fundraiser screening of For the Sake of the Song: The Story of Anderson Fair to benefit SWAMP. SWAMP was Sarah's first client and will be the recipient of all proceeds from the fundraiser. VIVA THE 'NAM TRAILER

I had a chance to check out this animated feature film last night at 14 Pews, the orginal home of the Aurora Picture Show done by UT grad students. It took eight years to make this stop animation and it depicts the bizarre and extremely violent adventures of Pvt. Joe Holmes, a marine stationed in Vietnam's "I Corp" from 1968 to 1969. The film was directed by Paul Hanley and Kieran Healy.
