ASTRODOME MOVIE STUDIO CAMPAIGN

When it opened in 1965, it was called the "Eighth Wonder of the World." The Houston Astrodome still remains one of the most recognizable landmarks in the country. But new developments threaten this architectural icon. Now a group of movie professionals and business leaders seek to turn this former home of the Houston Astros into a movie studio. Learn more about this campaign and what you can do to help make it a reality.

You say that "new developments THREATEN this architectural icon" and then you tell us to "learn what you can do to help". Do you support this effort or are you opposed to the development of a studio in the Astrodome?
I fully support this project and Cynthia Neeley. She is the former President of Women In Film & Television (Houston chapter) and she will get things done.
