Congratulations to Pastorini-Bosby actor SAM RICHARDSON has been cast in the Lifetime tv movie "Living Proof." Shot in New Orleans, the movie stars Harry Connick Jr. as Dr. Dennis Slamon who devoted his life's work to finding a cure for breast cancer. Produced by Academy Award winning actress Renee Zellweger and Sony Pictures Television, the film will premiere on Lifetime Television in October 2008 as part of the Network's Stop Breast Cancer for Life campaign during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It is with great sadness that I have to report on the passing of Austin actress Maricela Ochoa Henderson. Ochoa lost her battle with breast cancer earlier today. Starting with a ABC After School Special in 1993 she has a pretty steady career in Los Angeles working on show like "Joan of Arcadia," "Missing Persons," "New York Undercover" and "ER." She also had worked in theater as well as several film before having to suspend her career in 2007.
