This was a portion of the q&a with writer director Michael Meredith and producer Laurie Foxx from the feature film "The Open Road" starring Justin Timberlake and Jeff Bridges. The special screening was at Houston's Angelika theater hosted by SWAMP and WIFT-Houston and moderated by Houston Film Commission deputy director Alfred Cervantes. It is with great sadness that I have to report on the passing of Austin actress Maricela Ochoa Henderson. Ochoa lost her battle with breast cancer earlier today. Starting with a ABC After School Special in 1993 she has a pretty steady career in Los Angeles working on show like "Joan of Arcadia," "Missing Persons," "New York Undercover" and "ER." She also had worked in theater as well as several film before having to suspend her career in 2007. Ochoa leaves behind her husband, family and hundreds of friends.
